The Ibero-American Congress of Science, Technology, Innovation and Education took place from November 12 to November 14th. During the event, Nicolás Tognalli, Manager of the Social, Corporate and Technological Innovation Center (CITES), gave a speech within the Science and Technology space.
This Congress, promoted by the Organization of Ibero-American States (OEI, by its acronym in Spanish) had the participation of researchers, specialists and teachers of Ibero-America. The event was held as part of the plan: Educational Goals 2021: the education we want for the education of Bicentennials.
The aim of this project is to raise the educational quality and equity in the region and to get societies freer and more democratic. In this same sense, the OIE has written and has taken to open debate the base document: “Science, technology and innovation for the development and social cohesion. Ibero-American Program for the Bicentennials decade”, aimed to promote a program for the following years, which boosts the Ibero-American cooperation en science, technology and innovation.
In this context, and as recognized figure within science and technology field, Nicolás Tognalli, presented CITES and the actions being promoted when we play a linking roll among researching, productive, business and social sectors.
