Japanese investors visited the facilities of Phylumtech, a startup incubated in CITES

After strengthening links at BioJapan Expo 2016Phylumtech – company that works on the development of tools and solutions for the discovery of new molecules in the pharmaceutical area– received the visit from directors of the Japanese company Screen Holdings at CITES facilities in Sunchales (Santa Fe), where the startup is being incubated.

The group composed by Dr. Yohei Koshimizu, Dr. Leena Mol Thuruthippallil (Senior Global Product & Operations Manager) and YutakaWada (Department Manager) walked through Phylumtech S.A. facilities in order to see its infrastructure, operation and objectives. Furthermore, they shared a visit to the corporative building of Sancor Seguros and a working day with the startup team.

Dr. Sergio Simonetta, CEO of Phylumtech, highlighted the value, for the company, to have strategic partners in its process of global positioning. With the accompaniment of CITES, Phylumtech seeks to establish a business Alliance with Screen Holdings and among other things, to be able to use their technology to capture 3D images in the innovative platform of web services.

It should be emphasized that Screen Holdings, a company with an experience of more than 85 years, has 5.500 employees and it is on an expansion process in Technologies area for the Scientific sector. The firm has recently acquired many small technological companies and it has opened offices in United States.
