On April 29th, the Executive Education Program of IAE Business School started at our Center for Technological, Business and Social Innovation (CITES). The program is addressed to entrepreneurs from Sunchales and the region, and it is taught by professionals who specialize in the topics.
It is 10 weeks long, with weekly classes. The first meeting took place in the Auditorium at the Corporate Building of Grupo Sancor Seguros in Sunchales and was attended by entrepreneurs and CEOs of small and medium-sized companies from the region. It is important to highlight that IAE is a Business School from Austral University, with 35 years of experience and global recognition. Its mission is to contribute to develop knowledge and train men and women in the corporate sector, not only regarding management skills but also human qualities necessary to succeed in business management.
Besides, it is important to emphasize that the main methodology used is case study and debate, which constitutes an authentic simulation of critical situations in companies. Therefore, it promotes the development of abilities and attitudes necessary for problem solution and decision-making processes.
This methodology is complemented with conferences, workshops and team work, which cover the following topics: finances for non-financial people, human motivation, cost and control systems, leadership, high-performance teams, business process management, continual improvement process, management of suppliers, commercial operations and sales, innovation management, negotiation and strategy.
