During 2015, CITES will participate as the main sponsor of the “High Impact Training (HIT)” program from ENDEAVOR Rosario, whose main objective is to empower the growth of high impact entrepreneurs through training in everything related to business development key issues.
The program consists of six workshops which will be developed throughout the year and will include the presence of ENDEAVOR prominent mentors. The first meeting took place last Thursday, April 16th, where nine regional entrepreneurs, network mentors, and CITES members worked together in order to identify challenges and propose actions that enhance the endeavors.
Throughout the workshop, Rodolfo Montes de Oca, ENDEAVOR entrepreneur from 2007, shared his experience y developed the topic “¿Cómo escalar nuestras empresas?”. From CITES we support training, mentor, and experience exchange spaces in order to strengthen local entrepreneurs. Though this kind of initiatives we contribute to our entrepreneur ecosystem and to the economy of the country.
