BioDrone, business invested by CITES, introduced the first prototype of drones driven by combustion in the world

From June 6th – 9th, BioDrone took part of AgroActiva, the traditional exhibition carried out in Armstrong (Santa Fe) with the purpose of building a place to showcase technological advances related with the agricultural activity, to be a business generating center and a meeting and entertainment space for the whole family.

 

 

In such context, Franco Garione (CEO); Luciana Bollati (CBO) and Daniel Sequeiros (CTO), members of the team – which offers pest monitoring and control for agricultural activities in real time – introduced the first prototype of drones driven by combustion in the world. Thanks to their presence at this event, they gathered an important amount of applications from agricultural producers and contractors that were very interested in participating of the product testing, which will be carried out in the following months in Sunchales (Santa Fe). Event on which, the startup incubated and invested by CITES – the technological incubator of the Grupo Sancor Seguros – will show the drones flying and spraying.

On the other hand, BioDrone, through its CEO, offered two speeches at ArgoActiva. Furthermore, the company was part of two business rounds, one with national companies and another with international ones, together with companies from Vietnam, Ukraine, Brazil, South Africa, Uganda, Rwanda and South Sudan.
