Visit to UNL for the implementation of the Degree on Robotics

Together with representatives of Grupo Sancor Seguros, Fundación Grupo Sancor Seguros and ICES, we met with the authorities of the house of higher education from Santa Fe to move forward in the implementation of this degree in Sunchales.

The President of Sancor Seguros, Eduardo Reixach; the President of Prevención Riesgos del Trabajo, Ulises Mendoza; CEO of Grupo Sancor Seguros and President of CITES, Alejandro Simón; CITES Manager, Nicolás Tognalli; the President of Fundación Grupo Sancor Seguros, José Sánchez, representing the education establishment Instituto Cooperativo de Enseñanza Superior (ICES, by its Spanish acronym) and the Manager of the Institution, Javier Di Biase, were welcomed by the Dean of the National University of Litoral (UNL), Enrique Mamarella and by the Secretary of Institutional Development and Internationalization, José Sanchez Izquierdo.

Furthermore, the members of this group had the opportunity to visit the assembly hall, where the last two modifications of the National Constitution were approved.

It is important to highlight that, in the future, the degree on Robotics will be integrated into the academic proposal of the Centro Universitario Sunchales (CUS), which will be located in Ciudad Verde – urban development of Grupo Sancor Seguros -. This initiative begins with the certainty and the need of generating academic degrees in those knowledge areas that don´t have enough dissemination and which will allow the training of students into occupations that area going to be demanded on the future. Instead of continue offering options that have showed to have low rate of labor insertion facing the economic and social changes.
